The Passion:
All to often when you walk onto a horse property you find strong outbuildings for the horses and a main house that leaves little to be desired. This property was not only going to be perfect for the horses, but with a 1927 Craftsman Style Bungalow it was going to be perfect for us. You will find when you tour the property that we have paid close attention to the details not only in our home, but throughout the farm as well.

About Us
This property started as a dream and then became a passion. Ten years ago we went on a search for the perfect horse property. When we located this property it was far from perfect but there was tremendous potential. This is where our passion for this property took over.
The Outbuildings:

The property is still serviced by its original barn where you will find a tack room, workshop, extra large stall, run-in shed, hay storage and equipment storage. There are also 2 additional large run-in sheds and a grilling pavilion. The showpiece of the farms outbuilding is the recently constructed Horse Barn. Great efforts have been made to update this craftsman style home while embracing and maintaining its character. The obvious upgrades are the kitchen and bathrooms that have all been replaced with great comfort and style in mind. The windows were replaced with Anderson Replacements with frame features that carry the craftsman style throughout the home. The woodwork and doors have been protected throughout the home. The items you may not see, but can certainly appreciate, will be the replaced roof and brand new heating system.
